GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Clovis, NM. This per-diem opportunity is ideal for a nurse interested in flexible scheduling and contributing to patient care and recovery in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as directed by RNs
• Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and progress
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists on care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication logs
• Follow safety, infection control, and facility care standards
• Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs

• Flexible per-diem shifts:
• Day: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Choose between 1 or 3 days per week

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active New Mexico LPN license
• BLS and CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in rehab, acute care, or long-term care preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Empathy and attention to detail are essential
