Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We’re seeking an LPCC who enjoys focused, time-limited therapy and working closely with medical teams. You’ll provide brief interventions for adults and support a streamlined behavioral health experience within primary care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy for adults
• Conduct screenings for behavioral health, trauma, and substance use concerns
• Collaborate with providers on integrated treatment plans
• Provide psychoeducation and facilitate groups as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in care coordination and clinical meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Active CA LPCC license (APCC accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• DSM-5 knowledge and evidence-based intervention experience
• EMR familiarity and basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated/community health background
• Trauma-informed training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
