Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This position provides virtual therapy services to adult clients across California in a scheduled outpatient setting. You will manage an ongoing caseload, document care, and support treatment progress using established clinical workflows. The role emphasizes consistency, follow-through, and quality sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow California telehealth and licensing standards

Requirements

• Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Comfortable working fully remote
