Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout Texas. This position is designed for clinicians who prefer a clear daily structure and the ability to focus on clinical work without office-based distractions. Your role supports clients as they build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and maintain progress through consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct initial assessments and establish care plans
• Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
• Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches
• Follow clinical, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines

Requirements

• Active Texas LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Strong communication and documentation skills
