Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Tennessee

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual mental health services to adult clients throughout Tennessee. This position offers a predictable schedule, steady referrals, and a clearly defined scope of work. You’ll deliver therapy through a secure platform while following established clinical standards that support effective and consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counselling sessions via telehealth
• Complete intake interviews and clinical assessments
• Apply evidence-based counselling techniques
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical counselling experience
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
