Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Tennessee

Role Summary

This position is ideal for a Licensed Professional Counselor who values consistency, structure, and meaningful client work. You will deliver evidence-based counselling services to adults through a fully remote platform while following clear clinical standards and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Complete clinical notes in compliance with state standards
• Participate in periodic clinical consultations

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license
• Master’s degree in Counselling or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical counselling experience
• Comfortable using electronic health records
• Strong time-management skills
