Location: Kenosha, WI
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Work from home while providing outpatient telehealth therapy to clients living throughout Wisconsin. You’ll focus on assessment, ongoing counseling, and practical treatment planning, supported by a coordinated clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via secure video
• Conduct intake assessments and formulate diagnoses
• Develop realistic treatment goals and track progress
• Keep accurate, timely notes and documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers for case discussion as needed

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
• Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy preferred
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and records
