Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth therapy to adults across Oklahoma. This role is designed for clinicians who want a predictable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. Your day will be spent assessing needs, delivering therapy, and tracking progress in a system that supports consistency and thoughtful care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual counseling sessions via telehealth
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals
• Review progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Practice in accordance with Oklahoma LPC standards

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Strong organization and documentation skills
