Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Role Summary

This position offers Licensed Professional Counselors the opportunity to provide structured mental health care in a telehealth environment. You will work with adults managing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, delivering therapy that supports stability, insight, and progress over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with assigned clients
• Assess mental health needs and establish care plans
• Maintain clinical notes and progress reports
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state compliance standards
• Participate in periodic clinical check-ins

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to adults
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
