Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver virtual therapy in a structured telehealth setting. In this role, your focus stays on therapy sessions, treatment planning, and client progress rather than administrative demands. The position is well suited for clinicians who value routine, clear expectations, and a workday shaped around direct care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Perform clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
• Document sessions and treatment progress accurately
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with professional standards

Requirements

• Active Michigan LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Reliable technology and private workspace
