About The Role
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager sits on the Growth Marketing team and is responsible for owning Baselane’s communications across different mediums in the customer lifecycle journey. You will own campaign execution across several owned channels, including push notifications, SMS, in-app, email and banners. This role is extremely collaborative and will work across various teams including Brand, Content, Sales, Product and Operations.
You will have the opportunity to own Baselane’s lifecycle strategy and drive initiatives that impact core company metrics. You’ll leverage our unique data to inform and iterate on campaign decisions. You’ll maintain the voice of the customer in our communication while holding a high bar for brand quality. What You'll Be Doing
Independently lead lifecycle marketing initiatives from definition through execution, delivering against clearly defined goalsDevelop and execute multi-channel campaigns using email, push notifications, SMS and in-app banners Creating automated marketing workflows and nurture sequences in our lifecycle tool BrazeLeverage AI to uplevel and automate work across briefings, asset development and analysisMaintain a high bar for quality, accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring campaigns are thoroughly QA’d and executedCreating personalized experiences based on customer behaviour and segmentsCollaborating across the company on initiatives, whether that’s working with product teams to launch new features or sales teams on lead nurture strategiesBe accountable for program outcomes and goals by reporting on performance, sharing learnings and making clear data-driven recommendationsIdentify key customer touchpoints and ensure consistent, high-quality communications throughout the lifecycle
Who You Are
You bring 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketingYou have proficiency working in marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar platformsYou demonstrate a proven track record of building lifecycle marketing programs quickly, with a high level of polishYou have a strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioural analytics, and predictive modellingYou apply a strategic mindset to translate business objectives into actionable marketing programsYou show a knack for gathering, analyzing and reporting on campaign data, with the goal of finding opportunities for improvementYou excel in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationYou use data-driven decision-making skills to explain your impact and inform what to do nextYou are able to write email copy, tweak existing email designs, and support at every stage in the lifecycle marketing processYou have excellent organizational skills and are highly detail-orientedAble to join us in our Toronto office 2 days a week
