In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming marketing strategies for industrial asset management. You will create tailored marketing programs that engage key personas throughout their journey, leveraging data to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your contributions will directly influence conversion rates and revenue growth, making your work vital to the success of the company. Accountabilities

  • Map journeys and define hypotheses by ICP, segment, and buying stage; translate into nurture, sales acceleration, and acquisition programs.
  • Build and manage automations using behavioral and firmographic triggers with dynamic personalization.
  • Design and maintain lead scoring and MQL/SQL criteria to streamline handoff to Sales.
  • Create and iterate content by stage including problem framing, solution education, and objection handling.
  • Instrument data flows between CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and intent for effective segmentation.
  • Establish lifecycle KPIs and run continuous experiments to improve conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on onboarding/adoption programs and health scoring.
  • Own deliverability, consent/compliance, and governance aspects of marketing operations.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years in Lifecycle/CRM/Marketing Automation in B2B SaaS with proven impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) integrated with CRM systems.
  • Strong data orientation with experience in segmentation, scoring models, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Ability to design and manage complex multi-branch marketing flows efficiently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across teams including Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
