We're seeking a self-driven LinkedIn Content and Marketing Strategist to join our team full-time. This versatile role combines content creation, design, and video strategy for founder-focused personal branding. You'll work independently to manage end-to-end content production while collaborating on overall brand direction. The position requires strong writing skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. We're looking for a proactive professional with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems without constant direction. You'll need excellent command of English and the ability to craft compelling copy, while being comfortable wearing multiple hats and managing various content-related tasks.

• Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn content strategies for founder-focused personal branding
• Create, design, and optimize engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, and video content from concept to completion
• Manage end-to-end content production including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
• Analyze content performance metrics and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with leadership on overall content strategy and brand direction while working autonomously

Requirements

• Candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in LinkedIn content strategy, including ability to create and optimize posts, carousels, and video content.
• Candidate must possess advanced design skills with proficiency in at least two visual design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Candidate must have documented experience creating video content specifically optimized for LinkedIn platform engagement.
• Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years of professional experience working directly with founders, personal brands, or in B2B marketing environments.
• Candidate must demonstrate advanced understanding of LinkedIn analytics and reporting tools for performance measurement and strategy refinement.
• Candidate must be capable of autonomous work, solving problems and implementing marketing initiatives with minimal direct supervision.
• Candidate must hold an Associate Degree or equivalent professional certification in marketing, communications, or related digital media field.
• Candidate must have proven experience using social media scheduling platforms to manage content distribution and timing.
• Candidate must exhibit strong copywriting skills with ability to create engaging, platform-specific content narratives.
