We are searching for motivated individuals who are eager to provide outstanding customer support to our Lithuanian-speaking clients while enjoying the benefits of a fully paid relocation package.

In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues related to our services. Your fluency in Lithuanian will be vital in ensuring a smooth communication process and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Lithuanian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist with inquiries regarding our products and services
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide clients on effectively using our services
• Collect feedback to inform service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to keep updated on company products and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Capability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
