About the Company

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hourly Rate: $30-$40/hr, final offer will be based upon experience

Position Summary:

We looking for an LPN with a current license who is ambitious, compassionate, organized, professional and skilled in Home Care nursing to join our medical team! If you are someone who is excited to utilize their organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent customer service throughout their day to day in this position. Argus Home Health Care takes pride in the positive, energetic, people-oriented individuals that work on the front line with our clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Current LPN or LVN Colorado License required
• 1 year or more of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred, NEW Grads encouraged to apply!
• Home health experience a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for clients
• Assists RN in performing specialized procedures and duties
• Provides nursing care according to the plan of care and agency policy
• Observes, records and reports general physical and mental condition of the client that may be indicative of change.
• Prepares detailed documentation of every visit
• Assists the client to learn appropriate self-care techniques
