Who We Want As an LTL Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the LTL team runs smoothly and we are meeting the expectations of Arrive and the LTL carriers we work with. You will have the opportunity to work with the largest carriers in the country as well with the fastest growing 3PL in the US. This role will be a combination of working directly with carriers as well as educating Business Development Representatives in the intricacies of LTL and pricing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations, customer service, and problem-solving, with the ability to manage escalations and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
