Luxury Real Estate PR Manager - International Markets

AHS, a leader in the luxury real estate sector, is seeking a “Luxury Real Estate PR Manager – International Markets” who will be responsible for driving global media exposure and positioning the company as a world-class luxury real estate brand. This role focuses on strategic storytelling, cross-market campaigns, and international media relations to strengthen the company’s presence across key global cities and luxury lifestyle hubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across target markets (Europe, Asia, Americas).
• Build and maintain relationships with global journalists, editors, influencers, and international media agencies.
• Coordinate global press coverage, media partnerships, and cross-border collaborations.

• Manage international property launch events, media tours, and brand showcases.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across regions while adapting communication for cultural and market relevance.
• Work closely with regional marketing teams to synchronize global campaigns and digital storytelling efforts.

• Oversee the creation of press kits, editorial features, and branded content for international publications.

• Monitor international media coverage, track KPIs, and generate insights for leadership reporting.

• Support global crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.

• Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and high-profile networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of PR experience with a strong focus on international markets, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle.

• Established relationships with global media, PR agencies, and influencers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.

• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage in top-tier global publications.

• Strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills.

• Ability to travel internationally and manage multi-time-zone projects.

• Experience in brand storytelling, crisis management, and event representation at a global level.
