Pay Range: $105,000 – $130,000/year based on experience and qualifications.

Join us as our Maintenance Manager, Facilities Infrastructure, where you’ll lead a talented group responsible for the heartbeat of our plant — from ammonia refrigeration and boilers to wastewater and facility infrastructure.
As a key member of Plant Operations, you’ll oversee 24/7 utilities and facility performance across our cutting-edge manufacturing, R&D, and warehouse operations. You’ll guide daily utilities performance, drive preventive maintenance excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable results. Provide hands-on leadership across ammonia, boiler, compressed air, wastewater, RTO, and plant systems
Oversee all facility and utilities regulatory compliance, inspections, and testing
Lead capital improvement and maintenance projects—on time, on budget, and aligned with long-term strategy
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, EHS, Production, QA, and Controls) to optimize operations
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset reliability
Manage contractors, project budgets, and procurement processes
Contribute to the PSM program and ensure safety and compliance in all utilities operations
Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; technical or engineering background a plus
5–7 years of experience managing facilities or maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Hands-on experience with Ammonia Refrigeration (Operator I preferred), Boilers (Fireman, Second Class preferred), Wastewater, RTO, and HVAC systems
Proven success leading teams, managing projects, and developing staff
Strong PSM knowledge and experience in food or meat processing environments
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred; CMRP certification a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
