What you will do 

  • Product Strategy & Planning: Support the Product Manager in defining product vision and roadmaps by conducting market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business case assessments.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners (e.g., Zuellig) to translate requirements into execution and ensure timely delivery.

  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data sources (such as IQVIA and field visits) to identify trends, pain points, and new product opportunities.

  • Launch & Enablement: drive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans by creating sales enablement materials, conducting training, and coordinating post-launch reviews.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs (adoption, revenue, retention) and utilize data analytics to report on success metrics and recommend continuous product improvements to leadership.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Product Management certification is a plus.

  • Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project coordination. Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

  • Marketing & Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and the ability to effectively manage the 5 Ps of Marketing (Product, Place, Price, People, Promotion).

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to use data and logic to drive decision-making and connect business strategy to tactical execution.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Mindset & Adaptability: A customer-centric professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, capable of managing multiple priorities while focusing on solving user problems.
