we are expanding our technical team and seeking a capable Systems Engineer (Level 2) who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and maintains a strong customer-first mindset.
The role requires a good understanding of server environments, network infrastructure, firewalls, cloud platforms, and unified communications—especially in an MSP context where responsiveness, precision, and professionalism directly impact client outcomes.
Daily activities include troubleshooting Windows Server environments, administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, managing firewall and network changes, supporting 3CX deployments, and resolving escalated Level2 tickets. Discipline in ticket management, communication, and documentation is essential.
