About the Role We are looking for an experienced Program or Project Manager to lead a team of Implementation Consultants who will work alongside our Sales and Customer Success leadership teams.  This leader will help us evolve our Implementation methodologies into a set of differentiated multi-product offerings for our growing customer base.  Using their depth of knowledge about the overall marketing technology ecosystem, this leader will be able to quickly become a master of the Attentive product suite and set an example for how we onboard our biggest customers to date.  Using forecasting and project management tools, this leader will gather insights and promote transparency into our performance as a key step in the customer lifecycle between Sales and CS.  In this role, the Manager of Implementation will get comfortable defining new processes that work for a broad customer base and will provide coaching in high stakes customer engagements.
