As a Meetings, Incentives & Sporting Experiences (MICE/MISE) Sales Manager at DreamSetGo, you'll drive revenue growth by monetizing live sports properties and expanding the customer base through strategic planning and relationship-building. With a focus on corporate sales, you'll collaborate across teams, manage a robust sales pipeline, and establish strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by monetizing live sports properties and corporate R&R. Drive revenue growth by onboarding corporate clients and expanding market presence.

Client Relationship: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.Deliver customized travel and experience solutions aligned with client needs.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales objectives.Enhance inbound lead generation and refine sales approaches for better market reach.

Collaboration and Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel solutions.Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Partnership Development: Establish and foster strong relationships with key external stakeholders.Build strategic alliances to strengthen DreamSetGo’s position in the industry.

Qualifiers:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling corporate sales across industries/verticals.

Deep understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem

Track record of over-achieving sales quota

Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills

Passion and love for sports and travel

Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
