  • Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. This executive role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering high-impact financial insights to senior leadership. The Manager of FP&A will play a key role in financial forecasting and long-term strategic planning, ensuring the company’s financial health and growth trajectory remain strong. The ideal candidate will possess deep financial expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to influence key business decisions at the highest levels.

  • Essential Functions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for executive and regional leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze revenue, margin, and expense trends to identify drivers of business performance.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units and regions, pairing this information with financial results to explain the overall health of the business.
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported financial results.
  • Prepare financial presentations and analyses for leadership and board-level review.
  • Assist in strategic planning and long-range financial modeling to support the company’s continued growth.
  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate and operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure requests and investment proposals, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of FP&A tools, dashboards, and systems for improved automation and efficiency.
  • Excel ExpertiseBuild sophisticated Excel models, utilizing advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data validation, macros, and other advanced formulas.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related functions.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key business metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator who can translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

  • Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-location or private-equity-backed organization.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in improving forecasting accuracy and financial reporting processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
