We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Manager, Strategy & Business Development to drive the company’s growth agenda across existing and target markets.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations in target industries.

Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover positioning opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities to expand our portfolio, especially within emerging and high-growth markets.

Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans aligned with company objectives.

Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic relationships, gather market intelligence, and generate high-potential leads.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or growth roles, ideally in the technology or digital sectors.

A track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, preferably with exposure to international markets.

Strong understanding of digital, technology, and innovation trends.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and design actionable strategies.
