Location: Washington, DC (On-Site)
Pay Range: $90,000 – $110,000/year (inclusive of commissions)

As a Market Sales Executive at Bluetape USA, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our presence across the DMV area. You’ll work directly with real estate professionals, deliver in-person presentations, and build long-term relationships by showcasing Bluetape’s value and services. This is a high-impact role for a strong sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment.

Overview

Bluetape USA is trusted by thousands of real estate agents to manage pre-listing updates, inspection repairs, and move-in updates. As the front-line representative, you’ll be responsible for engaging agents, following up on provided lead lists, and converting opportunities into consistent business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand Bluetape USA’s presence across the DMV market
• Engage with real estate agents and industry professionals to drive new business
• Deliver strong in-person presentations that clearly communicate our value
• Follow up consistently and effectively on company-supplied lead lists
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with agent partners
• Work closely with internal teams to support growth and meet sales goals
• Represent Bluetape USA professionally in all client interactions

Requirements

• Must reside in the DMV area
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate industry with quota-carrying responsibility
• Existing connections with Real Estate Agents
• Strong in-person presentation skills to effectively communicate our value
• Proven ability to follow up with and win business from company supplied lead lists
