Role: Account Manager
Hours: 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time
Location: Remote (Global)
USD Salary: negotiable based on experience
We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients—managing marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on track, and translating business goals into measurable outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, branding, and client management, and can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, email, social, SEO, content, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to ensure campaigns meet client goals and deadlines.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare insight-driven reports with actionable recommendations.
- Develop marketing calendars, budgets, and performance forecasts for each client.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization within client accounts.
- Maintain an expert understanding of clients’ industries, audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, KPIs, and timelines.
- Support leadership in onboarding new accounts and optimizing client retention strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, agency experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, SEO, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Monday.com, Workable, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or performance-driven marketing.
