We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who wants to do more than generate reports. This is a role for someone who enjoys measuring performance, identifying trends, strengthening data integrity, and helping leadership clearly understand what’s driving marketing impact.

The Marketing Analyst supports the firm’s marketing and sales efforts through data-driven analysis, campaign reporting, market research, and performance insights. This role is responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying trends in client behavior, and delivering recommendations that help grow the firm’s visibility, pipeline, and client relationships.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with marketing performance metrics, hands-on management of HubSpot CRM, and familiarity with the professional services environment (accounting, advisory, legal, or consulting).
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign & Performance Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance across digital marketing efforts, email campaigns, event attendance, and conference activity using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Develop dashboards and deliver regular KPI reporting to leadership on lead generation, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and online behavior trends through HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of thought leadership, content performance, webinars, sponsorships, conferences, and firm events.
Strategic Growth & Marketing Support
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to support strategic initiatives and growth campaigns that drive revenue, new client acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Provide insights on target industries, client segments, and service-line opportunities.
- Translate marketing and client data into actionable insights for the Chief Marketing Officer and firm leadership.
- Support annual marketing planning through trend analysis and campaign performance learnings.
- Recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, channel strategy, and overall marketing efficiency based on insights derived from HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Market & Industry Research
- Conduct research on market trends, client needs, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks.
- Research and provide data to support emerging service opportunities within accounting and advisory markets.
Audience Segmentation & CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Drive client and prospect profiling through data analysis and create audience segmentation at the firm, industry, and service-line levels.
- Maintain accurate marketing contacts, tagging, audience creation, and pipeline tracking within HubSpot.
- Manage data integrity, list management, and marketing outreach reporting in HubSpot to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
Attribution, Forecasting, & Collaboration
- Collaborate with industry and service practice leaders to provide marketing attribution and forecasting for digital marketing, social media, event participation, and conferences.
- Support Firm initiatives and development opportunities.
- Beginning to build in person connections with the team and peers in the Firm.
- Work to build relationships and promote collaboration in a hybrid environment.
Agency Partnership Support
- Serve as a key contact with Tower Marketing (Digital Marketing Agency) to support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, GEO, and paid efforts.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel), marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Education and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
- Experience in professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, advisory) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of data visualization platforms, specifically PowerBI.
- Familiarity with SEO, GEO, paid search, digital advertising metrics, LinkedIn engagement, and email performance reporting.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.
- Travel will be 5% of the time when necessary.
