This exciting role is an opportunity to build and scale marketing channels from zero to one in an already established business, working closely with leadership to turn marketing into a measurable revenue driver.

This is a digital marketing role with SEO as the core competency.

This is not a social media or content-only role. Success requires understanding how SEO, website, content, paid tests, and funnels work together to drive conversions.
You’ll report to the Marketing Manager, work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, and be part of a small team running all marketing operations end-to-end.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate should have theese skills:
- Early-career professional with real SEO experience
- Comfortable in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused
- Interested in growing into a senior performance or growth role
Performance, Analytics & Testing
- Own marketing performance tracking across website, SEO, content, and paid tests
- Build simple, decision-focused dashboards (no vanity reporting)
- Maintain clean attribution and performance tracking in HubSpot
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Run and evaluate A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, video, and messaging
- Help decide what to scale, improve, or stop based on performance
SEO Ownership (Primary Skill)
- Own SEO as a primary inbound and conversion lever
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and high-intent keywords
- Build, execute, and optimize SEO campaigns end-to-end
- Ensure SEO directly ties to website performance, pipeline, and revenue
- Use SEO insights to improve other digital marketing channels
SEO is required - this role is not for learning SEO from scratch.
Digital Marketing Collaboration
- Support analysis of paid tests (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta when applicable)
- Collaborate on website, copy, and content improvements with a metrics-first mindset
- Present performance insights clearly so leadership can connect tactics to growth goals
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on SEO experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Understanding of conversion metrics, CTR, CAC, and funnel performance
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
- Ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Comfortable pushing back when data doesn’t support an idea
Nice-to-Have
- SEO 2.0 / GEO / LLM-search experience
- Paid ads analysis experience
- HubSpot familiarity
- Thoughtful use of AI tools for analysis and reporting
