Marketing & Communications Manager

The Marketing & Communications Manager plays a key role in shaping and amplifying the KRUSH brand across internal and external audiences. This position oversees a broad communications portfolio, including internal communications, corporate and employer branding, and personal brand development for key company spokespeople. You will lead strategic communication initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and high-quality messaging across all channels to strengthen brand reputation and engagement. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across internal and external communication channels. 

• Develop, refine, and maintain the company’s core narratives to align with its mission, culture, and strategic goals. 

• Create and edit high-impact content: press releases, news, articles, comments, social media posts, and speeches. 

• Build and manage long-term relationships with media outlets, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders. 

• Plan, organize, and oversee the company’s participation in conferences, events, and public forums, ensuring effective representation. 

• Design and manage internal communication programs that promote transparency, alignment, and employee engagement. 

• Support leadership visibility by developing and enhancing the personal brands of key company spokespersons. 

• Supervise the production of visual and branded materials including photos, videos, and merchandise ensuring alignment with brand standards. 

Qualifications Required 

• 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or media, ideally within the technology or public sectors. 

• Skilled at developing and executing integrated communication strategies, including digital, internal, and external channels. 

• Track record in managing communications in complex, high-security, or regulated settings, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion. 

• Proven experience partnering with engineering, product, and leadership teams to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages. 

• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
