Bellota Labs is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to expand our marketing and content efforts for Upswing Poker, and alongside the team behind ClubWPT Gold, our flagship product in partnership with the World Poker Tour.

This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary role focused on delivering free value to poker players, growing our reach, and driving poker players to our products. Your primary focuses will be social media, content, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

Social Media

Collaborate with editors, designers, and creative leads to develop compelling content

Engage with players via comments, DMs, and community feedback loops

Test and iterate strategies to grow reach, engagement, and player acquisition

Stay on top of social and gaming trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Content Coordination

Own the end-to-end process of content development — from concept to release — for both free and premium video content

Support internal and external contributors to ensure deadlines and creative goals are met

Coordinate QA reviews to ensure polished output across platforms

Copywriting

Deliver strong copy for social, email, product announcements, web pages, and promotional campaigns

Tailor messaging to align with our tone and resonate with poker enthusiasts

Requirements

1+ year experience managing social media accounts

Basic understanding of poker game play (ideally from firsthand playing experience)

Strong copywriting skills

A solid eye for design

Strong project management skills

Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines

The ability to keep up with face-paced communications across multiple platforms
