Marketing Manager, Greene King Pubs FTC

As a Marketing Manager for GK Pubs, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and brand growth across our pub estate. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and resonate with our guests.

Qualifications

As Marketing Manager, you will…

• Develop and implement marketing plans to support pub performance and brand objectives
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, and in-pub activations
• Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and report on ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative solutions
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Greene King’s brand standards and values

What you’ll bring…

• Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within hospitality or retail
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
