Marketing Manager

What This Role Is About

We’re looking for a Project Manager who actually gets things done. You’ll keep projects organized, timelines moving, and people aligned — without micromanaging or overcomplicating things.

If you like turning chaos into clear plans, communicating with different teams, and seeing projects go live because of your work, this role’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own projects from kickoff to launch (and beyond)

• Break big goals into clear tasks, timelines, and next steps

• Keep teams aligned and accountable across different time zones

• Track progress, spot risks early, and fix issues before they blow up

• Be the main go-to person for clients and internal teams

• Run check-ins, status updates, and wrap-up reviews

• Keep project docs clean, updated, and easy to follow

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing projects (tech, ops, marketing, or similar)

• Comfortable using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or similar

• Clear communicator — you know how to explain things without overcomplicating

• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple projects

• Works well independently in a remote setup

• Strong problem-solver who doesn’t freeze when plans change

• PMP or similar cert is a bonus, not a must
