We are looking for a high-impact India Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing strategy across the Indian market. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth by developing localized marketing strategies that resonate with Indian consumers and business audiences.
You will act as the voice of the Indian market within the global marketing team, partnering closely with sales, product, and regional leadership to accelerate growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Market Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for India aligned with global objectivesDevelop localized go-to-market plans for product launches, campaigns, and promotionsIdentify key customer segments, regional nuances, and growth opportunities Demand Generation & Growth:
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships)Partner closely with Sales to support lead generation, enablement, and account-based initiativesOptimize marketing funnels using data, experimentation, and performance insightsBrand & Positioning
Strengthen brand presence and consistency across all India-facing channelsLocalize global messaging to reflect cultural, linguistic, and market-specific insightsDigital & Performance Marketing
Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, social, email, and website localization strategiesTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROIManage marketing budgets effectively and prioritize high-impact initiativesCross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with global marketing, product, and regional stakeholdersWork with external agencies, vendors, and partners in IndiaServe as the India market expert internally, sharing insights and recommendations
WHAT YOU BRING
7–10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with significant experience in the Indian marketProven track record of driving growth, demand generation, or brand scale in IndiaStrong understanding of India’s digital ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regional diversityExperience working with global teams and adapting global strategies locallyAnalytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisionsExperience in SaaS, technology, fintech, consumer internet, or high-growth companiesPrior ownership of regional or country-level marketing strategyExperience managing agencies or leading small teamsMBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required)
