About the role
The Marketing Manager – Prosthetics & Orthotics will play both a strategic and hands-on role in driving growth across the Philippines. This position will focus on expanding market presence, developing strong relationships with healthcare institutions, and promoting prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate brings together a clinical background (e.g., Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation Therapist, or equivalent) with strong business acumen and sales expertise. Prior experience managing a patient care facility or working as a Business Development Manager in a healthcare company is highly desirable.
What you will do:
Business Development & Nationwide Sales
Identify key business areas and grow the existing client basePursue and secure new business opportunities and partnerships nationwideBuild and manage long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and institutional partnersArrange meetings and coordinate product demos with potential end users and stakeholdersPromote prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation offerings, highlighting their differentiating featuresEstablish and achieve revenue targets and KPIs for assigned product portfolios and patient care servicesAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunitiesProvide customers and patients with timely product updates and service enhancementsCollaborate closely with internal Sales Operations to ensure smooth execution
Clinical Expertise & Stakeholder Engagement
Leverage clinical knowledge to effectively communicate product and patient benefitsCollaborate with clinicians, orthotists/prosthetists, and rehabilitation professionalsSupport education initiatives through training sessions, product presentations, and technical workshopsBuild networks with orthopedic surgeons, rehab physicians, general practitioners, and allied health professionalsRepresent the company at conferences, industry events (e.g., ISPO), and trade fairs
Institutional & NGO Partnerships
Establish relationships with government and charitable organizations such as PhilHealth-accredited hospitals and PCSOPursue opportunities in public bidding and institutional collaborationsAdvocate for patient-specific solutions available through the company’s care facilities
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Develop and execute nationwide business strategies and sales plansTrack performance, prepare forecasts, and submit regular business reportsEvaluate ROI and effectiveness of business development initiativesMaintain CRM tools and dashboards to monitor pipeline and customer engagement
Who you are:
Licensed Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation Therapist, or allied health professional (past or present)3–5 years of clinical experience, with exposure to sales, marketing, or business development preferredKnowledgeable in prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation care solutionsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsSelf-driven and strategic thinker with the ability to lead growth initiativesWilling to travel nationwide for client and institutional engagementsExperience with PhilHealth Z-Morph programs or similar public healthcare initiatives is an advantageFamiliarity with public bidding processes and hospital procurement systemsComfortable working across both clinical and corporate settings
