Marketing Manager – Tieto Banktech

We are seeking a talented Marketing specialist to join our International marketing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our international expansion, driving designated segment integrated campaign development, incl. thought leadership in line with G2M priorities and comms guidelines, digital campaigns organic and paid, events and PR initiatives

What this person will be doing:

• Build Regional marketing plan and campaign strategy, execution and monitor effectiveness
• Manage events
• Manage thought leadership pipeline in line with brand communication strategy.

Requirements:

• Integrated marketing campaign development and implementation.
• Tieto Banktech's own and industry event planning and execution (12+ events annually)
• Though leadership pipeline planning and development 
• Annual marketing plan development and adjustment to business priorities
• Creatively master product and industry insights and trends to develop of effective global campaign messaging
• Key competitor activity analysis
• Contribute to product sales collateral creation and updates
• Contribute to digital marketing projects and activities
• Contribute to communication project activities
• Excellent stakeholder management in Sales, BU product teams and marketing team
• Provide analytical input in campaign or event success and deliver proactive insights and reports to stakeholders  

 Experience and requirements:

• Interest and acumen in tech and fintech
• Proven marketing planning and execution experience in a complex stakeholder environment  
• Proven work experience in large scale event management
• Proven work experience in social media purchase
• Great communication skills, fluency in English language essential
• Proactive leader and project owner skillset, excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to work tactically with long term perspective
• Result-oriented, is capable of saying no as well as does not take no for an answer
