Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote) to oversee the successful execution of marketing campaigns and project deliverables from start to finish.
In this role, you will manage project timelines, resources, and workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align execution with business goals, optimize strategies, and proactively address risks or constraints to maintain quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects and campaign execution
- Build and maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, etc.)
- Ensure project scope, quality, and deadlines are met consistently
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and adjust plans as needed
- Support process optimization to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
- Full-time, remote position

Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders
- Proven project management experience (planning, execution, delivery within deadlines)
- Experience in resource management to ensure project efficiency
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting milestones
- Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Asana)
- Marketing operations experience, particularly with Mailchimp, is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- USD $1,250/month for the first 3 months
- USD $1,500/month starting from the 4th month onward
