Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Specialist to own strategy, execution, and optimization of all email outreach across the prospect and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • This role requires a versatile marketer who is strategic, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. If you’re the kind of person who loves both the strategic and execution side of marketing campaigns, then this role may be a good fit for you.

  • Manage all marketing channels including email, SEO, content marketing, events, website, and social media, ensuring each channel is optimized for performance and aligned with revenue goals.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, customer acquisition, and retention, in collaboration with sales and product teams

  • Create and manage a high-impact content strategy (e.g., blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, slide decks, email nurtures) that bolster conversion

  • Lead marketing operations and automation, including campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs through tools like HubSpot and Customer.io.

  • Oversee the web visibility as a core growth asset: ensure the site is optimized for performance, user experience, GEO, and conversion

  • Align closely with sales and revenue teams to ensure tight integration between marketing and pipeline generation; provide enablement materials, sales collateral, and feedback loops

  • Identify new growth opportunities, emerging channels, and strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive top-line growth

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience

  • Demonstrated success through academic and career background

  • Knowledge of marketing across channels: email outreach, LinkedIn, GEO and more

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience marketing to nonprofits or in SaaS fundraising tech.

  • Proficiency with Hubspot as a marketing-automation platforms

Hiring Process
Our hiring process is intentionally tough and time-consuming because this is a competitive role with competitive compensation. Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview. Once you pass the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking and English skills will be sent. Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.

This is a work-from-home setup.

Work Schedule

This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

  • Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)

  • Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)

  • Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)

  • Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)

This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.

What Your Typical Day May Look Like

Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences

Paid vacation time

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid life leave*

  • 15 days accrued annually.

  • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.

*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
