About the Role:
As a marketing specialist, you will apply your skills to help users discover the world’s easiest and most creative photo application: PicCollage. You will help to support marketing campaigns while partnering with a growing in-house marketing team.
What You'll Do:
Campaigns & GrowthLead planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns (seasonal, product-feature, influencer…etc.)Collaborate with product, design, and content to deliver campaign assets and user experiences.Manage timelines, briefs, deliverables, and cross-team communication.
Channel OwnershipDepending on your strengths, you will own one or more key marketing channels, such as:CRM & lifecycle (email, push notifications…etc.)In-app campaignsInfluencer collaborationsPaid campaign coordination (with our growth team)
Insights & AnalyticsMonitor campaign performance and user behavior metrics.Use data (GA, App Store data, internal dashboards) to propose improvements and drive decisions.Conduct competitive analysis and market research for key markets.
Content & CreativeSupport content planning: copywriting, visual briefs, creative direction, and quality checks.Work closely with designers to ensure content aligns with brand and marketing goals.
Cross-team CollaborationWork with product managers, designers, and other marketing team members on feature launches and experiments.Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of projects.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a consumer-facing mobile app, digital product, or fast-paced environment.Strong English communication & writing skills (native-level or equivalent).Data-driven mindset — familiar with analyzing metrics, testing, and reporting.Creative sensibility and ability to develop briefs for visual and multimedia assets.Strong project management and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
Nice-To-Haves:
Start-up experience is a plus, experience with flexible work structure.Familiarity with major social media platforms.Chinese language fluency.Basic photography, image and video editing, or graphic design skills.Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns end-to-end.
