Responsibilities would be along the lines as follows:
- Implementation Planning:
- Collaborate with teams to plan and implement changes, ensuring that the business needs are understood and feasible.
- Tagging & Tracking
- Manage and optimize web and app tracking using Google Tag Manager and other TMS tools, as well as Serverside GTM
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects, systems, or processes.
- Ensuring the business’s needs are understood, feasible and achievable.
- Document business requirements, and act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure project success
- Solution Development:
- Develop solutions to address identified problems, including creating prototypes, models, or workflows using MarTech stack
- Collaborate with developers to evaluate/implement new solutions, for example: adding new markets
- MarTech Stack Management
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and integration of MarTech tools (e.g., LPs, CDPs, Reporting,CRM, A/B testing platforms).
- Evaluate the costs and benefits of proposed changes or projects.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms.
- Evangelise tools internally and help align stakeholders on their usage and ways of working.
- Analytics & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Customer Journey & Attribution
- Help map customer journeys Pre and Post FTD so we can understand how best to serve them
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure data collection practices comply with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Maintain documentation and support data governance efforts.
