About the Role
This dynamic role within our Monterrey Center of Excellence focuses on driving the successful onboarding of new carriers into our network, while enhancing their adoption and effective use of the Uber Freight app. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about making outbound cold calls to carriers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and successfully guiding them through the onboarding process on our platform.
What the Candidate Will Do

Outbound Cold Calling: Proactively contact trucking companies to introduce them to the benefits of the Uber Freight platform.

Identify and qualify carriers that align with Uber Freight’s operational and capacity needs.

Guide carriers through the registration and compliance process to ensure successful activation on the Uber Freight platform.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, developing trusted and long-term relationships with carrier contacts.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of Uber Freight, address objections, and successfully close the onboarding process.

Accurately document all activities and interactions in internal systems.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets, including first loads booked through the platform.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new carriers.
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent English skills, verbal and written
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume calling role (like carrier coverage, carrier sales, sales, cold calling, or business development), preferably in logistics or technology.
