Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Research for a good contact where to send the requests for items needed for Medicaid Application           
• Sending out requests to different institutions            
• Outbound calls to follow-up on the requests that has been sent to institutions           
• Review statements for more income information of the resident to be requested           
• Saving documents to respective resident's folder           
• Assisting Medicaid Case Managers on a daily basis.           
• Filling out medicaid application forms             

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account
• Good working knowledge with medical billing
• Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills 
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Adaptability to a changing work environment  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software 
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
