Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize membership growth and revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of membership sales representatives to achieve targets
- Conduct personalized tours, sales presentations, and handle high-level member concerns
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop retention strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and effective CRM usage
- Conduct regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
- Forecast sales projections and contribute to the annual budgeting process
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in membership-based organizations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the fitness, hospitality, or leisure industry
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis
- Certification in sales management (e.g., Certified Sales Leadership Professional)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
