Must-have Skills:

• C#/.NET Fundamentals: Solid grasp of syntax, data structures, and core programming patterns.
• Cloud and CI/CD Concepts: Understands how pipelines and deployments fit within modern development.
• Testing: Understands test importance and can write simple unit tests.
• Pair Programming: Comfortable learning through collaboration and active feedback.
• AI Tools: Can use tools like Copilot or LLMs as support but must understand the code being produced.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-learning mindset, and coachability.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
