Mid Program Manager

Your Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives by coordinating multiple related projects and ensuring smooth execution across teams. Reporting to the Delivery Director, this role focuses on operational excellence, dependency management, and delivery predictability. 

The Program Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to track progress, manage risks, and ensure programs are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is execution-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Program Execution and Coordination 

• Support the planning and execution of programs consisting of multiple related projects. 
• Maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps. 
• Ensure alignment between project teams and agreed delivery objectives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams. 
• Track and manage inter-project dependencies, risks, and blockers. 
• Facilitate regular program-level ceremonies (status reviews, dependency syncs, retrospectives). 

Monitoring and Reporting 

• Track program progress against timelines, scope, and key milestones. 
• Maintain program dashboards, status reports, and documentation. 
• Escalates priority conflicts and resourcing decisions through agreed governance channels 

Stakeholder Communication 

• Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders on program status and risks. 
• Act as a central point of coordination for program-level information. 
• Support stakeholder alignment by ensuring transparency and shared understanding of priorities. 

Delivery Support and Governance 

• Ensure project delivery follows agreed processes, standards, and governance. 
• Assess the delivery impact of scope changes, coordinate re-planning, and ensure stakeholders are aligned on trade-offs. 
• Assist in resource coordination by highlighting capacity constraints and delivery risks. 

Continuous Improvement 

• Identify inefficiencies in delivery workflows and propose improvements. 
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to delivery best practices. 
• Support the adoption and consistent use of delivery tools and frameworks.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 3–7 years in project/program/delivery management in a tech environment. 
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a technology or product-driven environment. 
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams. 
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project. 
• Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in the sportsbook, gaming, or technology industry. 
• Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles and release management. 
• Exposure to DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines. 
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
