WHAT YOU’LL DO
Spearhead the launch and optimization of diverse PPC campaigns, placing a premium on paid search to unlock maximum ROIHarness your expertise to elevate campaign performance in real-time, making strategic decisions that propel us to new heightsTake the helm in crafting and executing high-complexity digital marketing strategies and projects, showcasing your individual prowessKeep a finger on the pulse of KPIs, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our goalsEmbrace the power of data-driven insights, leveraging the latest trends in biddable media to make informed decisions that set us apartUnleash your creativity by crafting captivating ad copy that resonates with our audience and drives engagement
WHAT WE EXPECT
2–5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)Proven track record of working with large or unlimited budgets and delivering results under strict performance KPIsExperience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market, with a deep understanding of early-stage strategy and market testingStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets, extract insights, and make informed campaign decisionsTech-savvy — understands how Google’s algorithm works, and can set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (e.g., pixels, tags)Proficient in testing and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiencyIn-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC toolsPassionate about Paid Search and digital performance marketing, constantly curious about trends and platform changesComfortable working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)A strategic thinker who thrives on experimentation and solving problems in creative, data-backed ways
