We would also interview those looking to begin in the next school year as well. Teachers that hold a certificate in Special Education are eligible for a $3,000 bonus!

Base Salary SY25/26: $69,000-$89,000
Base Salary for SY26/27: $79,500+
Hours: 7:15-3:45

Teachers at Empowerment Academy are part of a school-wide team. Candidates MUST either hold a New Jersey Department of Education CE, Limited CE, CEAS or Standard Certificate in Special Education. TOSD or TOH is accepted. Please do not apply if you are not certified in New Jersey.
