About the Opportunity

We are excited to be working with our newest Client Partner, a global leader in consumer health and we are actively seeking a part-time National Program Manager to spearhead this exciting new partnership.

The National Program Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of national field, merchandising, activation, and retail execution programs across Australia. This role ensures seamless delivery of strategic priorities in-store, managing program performance, team capability, operational excellence, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.

You will act as the day‑to‑day operational lead, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard, on time, and aligned with commercial and brand objectives. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders.

This role suits someone who can juggle conflicting priorities and meet client deadlines while leading the team with a tenacious and adaptable attitude to anticipate both our business and the client’s needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate and engage with people at any level. Someone who is eager to take on a challenge and who is hungry to learn, as well as:

  • Proven experience managing national programs, retail operations, merchandising teams, or field execution programs.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple states or regions.
  • Background in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or similar categories is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and program delivery in fast‑paced environments.
