Key Responsibilities:

• As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development team, contributing to various projects involving new feature development, application support, and technical debt reduction. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing new features and maintaining existing applications.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues with effective solutions.
• Leveraging knowledge of business processes, system architecture, and industry standards to address complex challenges.
• Conducting testing, debugging, and scripting while ensuring code meets design specifications.
• Collaborating with the Customer Support Team to investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide workarounds where possible.
• Assisting the Support Team with deploying patches, hotfixes, and other necessary changes.

• 4-6 years of experience in full-stack application development using C# and other .NET technologies.

• Based in Pune with a willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in developing Windows services and web-based applications using .NET Core 8 or above.
• Proficiency in working with Web API, REST API, and ADO.NET.
• Strong experience in SQL Server development and optimization.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with application architecture concepts and their implementation in real-world projects.
• Knowledge of additional RDBMS platforms like Oracle.
• Experience working with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, or Blazor.
• Understanding of Banking, Capital Markets, Lending, Cash Management, Cards and Payments domains.
