Hourly Rate: USD 65 - USD 85
Type: Contract Part Time (20-30 hours a week)
Reports to: Sr. Director, Finance

The Role

We are seeking a Netsuite Project manager to lead and manage a full life cycle NetSuite implementation project between the company and Armanino, our chosen Technology Solutions Partner.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Serve as the main point of contact between the internal stakeholders and Armanino ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Coordinate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide regular project status reports to internal stakeholders.
Manage project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Coordinate training and change management activities for end-users.

What You Bring

Required: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations.
Required: Proven project management experience using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, SCM, CRM).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification.
PMP or similar project management certification.
Experience with other ERP systems.
