What you will do:
Deployment and configuration of IP Telephony systemsInstallation, configuration, and support of Asterisk-based VoIPSetup and support of Cisco-based Video Conferencing systemsBasic configuration of network equipment (switches, access ports, VLANs)Installation and initial setup of hardware and softwareDay-to-day support and troubleshooting of collaboration services
Qualifications and experience needed:
Basic understanding of VoIP (SIP, RTP)Experience with Asterisk configurationBasic knowledge of Cisco collaboration solutionsUnderstanding of IP networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs)Basic experience with network switchesLinux basics
Troubleshooting:
Handling basic voice/video issuesLog checking and simple diagnosticsCooperation with network and IT teams
Soft Skills:
Clear communicationAbility to follow instructions and documentationWillingness to learnBasic English skills
A plus would be:
Cisco Webex / CUCM experienceBasic scripting (Bash / Python)
